Hiking

The Casanova Tower in Vrsar is a medieval Romanesque defensive tower and one of the few remaining parts of the former city fortifications. In 2017, it was restored and converted into a multimedia center dedicated to Giacomo Casanova's stays in Vrsar in 1743 and 1744, where he stayed incognito, once as a priest and later as a soldier. Today, the tower remains a striking historical landmark but is not open to the public.
