This is a shortcut from the teeny village of Aké (home to the Zona Arqueológica de Aké Yucatán) to the highway to Izamal. It is a dirt road, but is 75% rocks! It's a nice scenic route, but don't expect it to be faster than backtracking to Tixkokob! It took us 1 hour to bike this bumpy 7km stretch.
