Mountain Biking Highlight
At 114.7 meters, the Müggelberg is the highest natural elevation in Berlin. Conveniently, the "summit" is right on a nice short trail of first flowig, then slightly uphill and at the end again steeply downhill. The whole area is full of small trails that are worth discovering.

Yes, the Great Müggelberg is the highest natural mountain in Berlin (114.7 m). The Teufelsberg in Grunewald is higher (120.1 m), but a rubble mountain. The highest mountains in Berlin are the Arkenberge (120.7 m), a former rubble and landfill.
A few years ago, a summit cross was erected on the Great Müggelberg, which shortly thereafter was sawed off by strangers by means of a power saw and stolen. For about three years, a summit cross is again, stabilized by metal rails. The ascent from the Kammweg of the Müggelberge is signposted, up to the summit it goes on Trampelpfaden. Who expects a dream prospect, will be disappointed ...
