This high ridge walk is one of the most scenic stretches of the Benton MacKaye Trail. The climb is steady but rewarding, with long views over the Cohutta Wilderness once you reach the open ridgeline. The trail here feels remote and rugged, offering both solitude and a true backcountry experience.
