Dedicated to Notre-Dame de Bon Secours, the church, which according to tradition was built on a former monastery, was called Notre-Dame de la Croix in 1540 and marked the boundary of the Pennaroff suburb at that time.
The small, terracotta-paved building with a rectangular floor plan dates from the 15th and 16th centuries and was restored in 1854. Remains of 15th-century sculptures are visible on the east gable.
It is called the "Chapelle de la Sainte-Croix" (as a 19th-century reliquary "de la Vraie Croix" attests); several bourgeois weddings are celebrated there, and
does not represent the most formidable danger.
