The Plagefenn is a bog in the biosphere reserve Schorfheide-Chorin. The total reserve is located around the large and small Plagesee south of Brodowin and has an area of 177 hectares. The nature reserve Plagefenn extends from the Plageseen to Liepe. It was formed on 12 September 1990 with the last GDR Council of Ministers decision and has an area of 1042 hectares. (Wiki)
