The grave is located in the parish cemetery. Partisans who died fighting the Germans were buried in a mass grave. The grave is covered with cement tiles, and a vertical sandstone memorial wall with a cross stands vertically in the center.
At the top is the inscription:
TO THE SOLDIERS OF THE AK FALLEN IN 1944 IN THE KRZESZÓW LAND
Slabs with the names, nicknames, and ages of those buried are cascaded into the wall. Below is a concrete slab with the emblem of a crowned eagle and the inscription "GLORIA VICTIS."
