Buttermilk and cheese are still made here. And you can make friends with the milk suppliers on the pasture right next to the alpine pasture. You can also buy the delicious cheese to take home.

Making authentic Allgäu Kässpatzen is an art in itself – every family has its own secret recipe. You can taste the Lämmerhofers' cheese every Wednesday evening from June to August in the cozy hut atmosphere inside or outside in the balmy evening mountain air. But be sure to book in advance!
