The Canadian Pacific Railway Dam, or CPT Dam, was built in 1888 and spans 139 meters across Swift Current Creek. It once provided water for steam engines on the Canadian Pacific Railway's main line. Today, the dam has been rebuilt as a concrete crest and is a historical photo opportunity along the Chinook Parkway.
