Behind the castle park are huge plum orchards. Unfortunately, the entire ground is purple, thickly covered with fallen fruit. I don't understand why. Is it all left to rot? Couldn't they put up a sign saying the fruit can be collected for free? It's such a waste of food; I was truly shocked.
