I will avoid the section in any case!!!
From Uhliske to Kykula - steep climb - over 20% and the road is impassable. There are a few sections +/- 50-100 meters where you can ride in the saddle, but most of it next to the bike, but the "descent" from under Doktorovca - suffering. Not sure if, just walk.
