The railway water tower is located at the Bieruń Stary railway station. It was built in 1937. It is a 20-meter-high structure made of reinforced concrete. Atop the tower is a 500-cubic-meter water tank.
There are two water towers in Bieruń: the plant water tower at 133 Chemików Street, on the premises of the ERG-Bieruń S.A. Plastics Plant, and the railway water tower.
Both water towers are listed as technical monuments and are under conservation protection.
