The Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Korzeńsk is a late Baroque gem of Lower Silesia, built between 1722 and 1723 on the site of an earlier wooden church. It was founded at the initiative of Anton Lothar von Hatzfeld, suffragan of Wrocław, as part of the Counter-Reformation efforts in the region.

The church impresses with its unified Baroque architecture: a single-nave structure with a three-bay nave, a barrel vault with lunettes, and a tower topped with an onion-shaped dome. The interior is decorated with Tuscan pilasters, Baroque portals, and preserved 18th-century furnishings, including a cabinet triptych from the late 15th century.

The church is part of the Parish of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, established in the 17th century and belonging to the Archdiocese of Wrocław. A parish feast is celebrated annually on September 14th.
