Even from a distance, you can discover this impressive monastery church on the Saale Cycle Path between Bernburg and Nienburg. Unfortunately, the ravages of time and the GDR leadership (apparently abused as LPG) have left their mark on the Klosterhof. Nonetheless, the buildings are still impressive today and certainly worth a little detour.
