After the rest area you came across coming from Carona, you can continue.
The trail is initially unpaved but passable, and then begins a steep climb that's truly difficult to pedal. You'll almost certainly have to get off your bike and push, or leave it a little further back.
At a bend in the trail, you can leave your bike to reach the foot of the waterfall, where you can admire the cascading water and be refreshed by the droplets suspended in the air.
