If you're really hungry, we recommend stopping by the traditional restaurant Molhó Bico. Succulent grilled and braised pork, deliciously seasoned migas (bread porridge) with wild mushrooms or green asparagus, fish stew with coriander, ensopado de borrego, and not to forget the opulent desserts, especially the sericaia with candied plums, live up to the promise of the Molhó Bico restaurant's name (in the case of the "Molho Bico" restaurant in Serpa, the name likely refers to the rich and flavorful sauce).
