The Chippewa Moraine Ice Age National Scientific Reserve spans 3,800 acres in northwest Wisconsin, preserving a landscape carved by the Chippewa Lobe with rolling moraines, eskers, kames, and over seventy kettle lakes. Atop one of the highest knolls, the David R. Obey Ice Age Interpretive Center provides hands-on exhibits, live animal displays, and educational programs on glacial geology and regional ecosystems year-round.
