Opposite the impressive remains of a chestnut tree that is probably almost 1,000 years old, there is still a living witness to this species. Since the foliage is not fake ivy but comes from the real tree, this chestnut tree is perhaps even more worth seeing. A beautiful tree set against a religious backdrop, it's a wonderful place for a short meditation.
