The first generation baked bread in ovens fired with brushwood and wood, knowing by feel whether the oven was hot enough and delivering orders with a cart. The current generation uses modern ovens, but the bakery remains cozy and accessible from the shop. And when there's no baking going on, there's always time for a chat.
