A kind of shelter offers shelter/sleeping indoors in case of bad weather. A huge meadow (mostly uneven, but enough space for a couple of tents), a fire pit, a guard dog, horses, and a fridge full of beer.
Conclusion: A dream.
Cost: I paid €15 for myself with a tent in June 2025 (but I didn't even try to negotiate. I was simply overwhelmed and happy to have found this blessed little piece of earth).
