In 2010, the base was covered with granite slabs, a cross and a stone plaque were placed on the top with the following text:
HERE ARE THE ASHES OF 41 SOLDIERS OF THE 6TH DIVISION OF THE KRAKÓW ARMY,
WHO IN SEPTEMBER 1939 GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE LAND OF NAROLSKA
IN THE FIGHT FOR POLAND AGAINST THE FASCIST INVADER.
