The Glockenpalast belongs to the cultural institute "Die Brücke". The Russian politician Mikhail Gorbachev laid the foundation stone for the construction of this building in 1996 and took over the patronage.
It is a square building with three floors and an inner courtyard. The towers and domes with their carvings and decorations are based entirely on the tradition of Russian wood construction.
An entrance fee is charged for visiting the building. The building has been for sale since 2019 for 4.8 million euros.

The bell palace with a courtyard is square and has three floors. The towers and the surrounding gallery with carvings and ornaments are in the tradition of Russian wooden architecture. The typical golden domes are modeled on a monastery in the old Russian style. Under the roof of the building, the European Artisans Institute with exhibition rooms, the bell foundry and the exhibition and meeting rooms, which are dedicated to the work of the Nobel Peace Prize laureates Albert Schweitzer and Mikhail Gorbachev.
