The Bruchgraben is an inflow of the innermost and an important receiving waters in the Hildesheimer Börde. The river was heavily straightened and is currently being renatured by the district of Hildesheim. As part of this project, two projects were initiated by the ILEK region. The sponsor of both subprojects is the Paul-Feindt-Stiftung.
