The Kräwi Trail from Wiebach to the Kräwinkel holiday park is a real highlight when circumnavigating the Wuppertal Dam. The video here gives you a good impression of the trail and the fantastic view of the Wuppertal Dam:

The complete loop around the dam can be found here; the Kräwi Trail starts at 23:52 min:

Before you reach the park, you can cycle up through the forest on the right or past the gate across the grounds. Another option is to cycle along the riverbank on the left, but the path is often quite overgrown. Have fun!
