This forested trail is fairly gentle by Alaska standards — mostly small, rolling hills. The lake at the end is well worth a visit, though.
The bugs can be pretty bad in here on calm summer days. Either bring mosquito repellent with you, or aim for a day with a breeze to keep the bugs off!
