The Chapelle Sainte-Croix, the last remaining of eight Penitents' chapels, is an impressive, simple Baroque structure with a significant altarpiece of the Transfiguration. Like its furnishings and the history of the confraternity, it reflects the religious piety and community life in historic Puget-Théniers. It has been lovingly restored and is now open to the public upon request.
