Gullhorgabu is a self-service DNT cabin in Bergsdalen, at 851 m altitude. It’s modern and spacious, with big windows, a wood stove, solar lighting, and a well-stocked food store. No running water, but there’s a stream nearby—and everything else you need for a comfortable mountain stay.

You can hike in from Småbrekke via the old military road or connect from Høgabu or Vending. Whether you come in summer or on skis in winter, it’s a great spot to pause, rest, and enjoy the quiet surroundings.
