This official hiking track is described as follows: The pass down from Håen to Eidet is very elevated and narrow in places. The path can be slippery, especially in wet weather. Not recommendet in bad weather. You should be familiar with mountain climbing and preferably have local knowledge. I would add, that windy conditions and physical strength shall be taken into consideration before heading off. I stopped half way down and returned because of that and some unpredicted clouds coming up. Otherwise, it will be a memorable approach into Måstad, the abandoned village.
