The Church of St. Jadwiga in Stare Strącze is a 16th–17th century brick church, built of stone, originally Lutheran, and from the mid-17th century Catholic. The current late Renaissance style is colored by elements of the Baroque interior and the defensive values of the tower. After the demolition of the Evangelical church after World War II, the church became the main place of worship, and has survived to this day.
