The West Rim Trail is a 30-mile backpacking route along the western edge of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, known for its sweeping views of Pine Creek Gorge. Expect a mix of hardwood forest, mossy ravines, and over a dozen scenic overlooks. Best tackled in 2–3 days, it’s one of the top long-distance hikes in the state.
