From here, the stream flowed in a northeasterly direction, through the wet and low-lying nature reserve De Brand north of Udenhout, and then past Zwijnsbergen Castle near Helvoirt. Subsequently, the stream bends in a northerly direction and cuts through the cover sand ridge to flow into the Drongelens Canal at Cromvoirt.
