A walk through the town of Drolshagen with its old Westphalian half-timbered buildings is always worthwhile. Around the market square and church you will find places to sit and a book to read. There is something for everyone here in terms of food: breakfast at the Hesse bakery or fresh bread at Vosshagen, delicious ice cream at the San Remo ice cream parlor, the café at the market spoils you with unusual, small Italian delicacies and drinks, the Schürholz restaurant serves German, Croatian and international cuisine alongside the typical Krombacher at the counter, home-style cooking is available at the “Zur Alten Quelle” hotel/restaurant, hearty fare is available at “Beim Raubritter”, fresh salads, kebabs and pizza are available at the “Dräulzer Kebaphaus”. A few metres further on you will find a good pizzeria and snack bars.
