Mountain biking
Built in the 16th century (1590) in a popular Gothic style, this church houses a simple Baroque altarpiece dedicated to Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
It's an ideal rest stop on mountain biking or gravel bike routes. There's a fountain, benches, and a small restaurant/refuge (open weekends). A good place to stop, have a bite to eat, and refill your water bottle before continuing on to Vallgorguina or Dosrius. Accessible via a well-maintained forest track from Mataró, Canyamars, or Vallgorguina.
