Comprising half-a-dozen farms and a scattering of houses, it's an idyllic location that forms part of the Fjordruta long-distance trail. Peaks visible from the village include Dalamannen, Bårdsetfjellet, Aresvikfjellet and the mountains of Tustnastabban.
