To counter the 2021 flood with a positive image in the collective memory, students from various classes at the Eschweiler Vocational College initiated a project in which the wall at the Talbahnhof train station was decorated with a large-scale artwork. The title "ZUG(e)WAND(t)" is a play on the location "Wand am Zug/Bahnhof" (wall at the train station) and "zugewandt" (facing), intended to take the horror out of the flood by making people turn towards each other.
