The Uckermärkische Radrundweg is a cycling route running through the districts of Uckermark, Mecklenburgische Seenplatte and Vorpommern-Greifswald. The 260 km long circular route was opened on 29 April 2006. Completely rebuilt was the 85 km long uckermärkische section from Stolpe over Angermünde, Joachimsthal and Templin to Lychen with a network of bicycle lanes until autumn 2005. The cycle path begins in Stolpe and leads over the places Schwedt / Oder, Prenzlau, Feldberg, Lychen, Templin and Angermünde. Especially worth seeing is the drive through the Lower Oder Valley National Park, Gramzow with the Brandenburg Museum for Small and Private Railways, the bypass of the Unteruckersee, the city of Prenzlau with its many historic sights, the town of Boitzenburg with the castle Boitzenburg, the Feldberg Lake District, the city Lychen (city between the seven lakes), the city Templin with its historical center, the thermal bath and the Draisinenstrecke Templin Fürstenberg, the NABU information center Blumberger mill (near Angermünde) and the old town center in Angermünde.
