Cooper boasts the same candycane arches as the other towns along this trail, a bike maintenance stand, and a few benches. No water, unfortunately. There is a building along the trailhead that’s painted with recreational information. The map says it’s a bathroom but the place looks abandoned and I wasn’t sure if I could enter.
