Mountain Biking Highlight
The Lauseeiche was planted between about 1750-1780 as a boundary marker.
At this place, three terrains (lots) meet each other and therefore the name of the tree should actually be Loseiche. Over the years, however, the name of the tree was changed several times and today's term is Lauseeiche.
The Lauseeiche is u.a. on the famous pilgrimage Elisabethenpfad.
