"Willa Schrey" is located at ul. Jaśkowa Dolina 19 (until 1981 it had no. 10) and was built in 1899 according to the design of architect Ernst Schade, as a residence for Carl Otto Schrey.

The manor house complex at Jaśkowa Dolina 17 - one of the oldest buildings in Wrzeszcz, was built in the late 18th century and was successively owned by wealthy Gdańsk families - the Fromms, Behrendts and Steffens. In the 19th century it was rebuilt, and in the second half of the last century it became the property of the State Treasury and a tuberculosis clinic was set up there. In the 21st century the villa became private property and recently underwent a major renovation. Today it houses, among others, the Consulate of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Gdańsk.

House no. 44 is the Kirsch villa, built in 1856. At the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, the building housed the General Consulate of Ukraine. Today, the villa is privately owned, and underwent a general renovation a few years ago. The garden adjacent to the building, designed on a grand scale, has received many prestigious awards - including the A'design Award & Competition in the category of Spatial planning and garden design, as well as a distinction in the International Design Award 2015 Los Angeles.
