Cycling

Currently under construction (18/05/2025). This road will be completed over the summer, but at the time of writing it is possible to pass the barriers and continue along this road for a few hundred meters going north. Eventually, you reach the old walk-your-bike path leading up to Kobberhaughytta.

Be sure to stay away from the road while the workers do they're job, but passing by here in the weekends should be fine.

Cycling

Great tip from Magnus! We tried this access road today (26/07/2025). The construction is now complete and the access road is open and super smooth all the way to Kobberhaughytta. Also a great way to cross over to Sørkedalen. Best to keep in mind that the road is a bit narrow and cyclists tend to come at high speed, so if you are stopping, keep to one of the sides.

Gravel riding

Cool ‘singletrack’ for gravel bikes. Fun flow. Watch out for hikers. One very tricky right turn when coming from Kobberhaughhytta. Most flow (downhill) when ridder from Kobberhaugh towards ulleval setter
