There's no way forward here, at least not on a bike, or carrying one. The Baltic Sea storm of 2023 washed away the path here. It's still there on the map, but perhaps it will be rebuilt someday. You can turn off immediately to the right at the large campsite. Please drive carefully. There are families and dogs everywhere.
