The history of the building is directly connected to the history of the entire residential complex with the palace in Niwnice. The manor is located on the axis of the palace and is connected to it by a linden alley (hence the name of the manor). Both residences belonged to two families that were related to each other by marriage. The Linden Manor was built in the 18th century and rebuilt in the 19th century. Since the nearby gypsum mine was opened, the manor served as the manager's house. After World War II, the manor was owned by the mine. There were apartments in it. In 2009, the residents were evicted and since then it has been unused.
