This tower mill was built in 1798 and was and is still used as a corn mill. It is the only remaining mill of the 13 that were originally in operation in and around the city. The mill is constructed in such a way that there is a brick tub, with a height of approximately 15m. and a diameter from bottom to top of approximately 7.25 and 4.5 m. On top of the tub, a broken hood with a hipped roof was covered with oak slates. A striking feature of the mill is the iron platform or gallery. The mill has a flight of approximately 24m.
