Coming from the north, the cycle path forks immediately after the bridge over the Torrente Avisio, just before entering the city of Trento. At this point, nature meets orientation: Straight ahead, the path continues along the Adige River on the EuroVelo 7 (EV7) – ideal for those who want to follow the river landscape and cycle leisurely south.

Those who turn left at the fork, however, switch to the BI-1, a direct connection to the center of Trento. This junction is perfect for those who want to take a detour into the city – whether for a break at the Cathedral Square, a stroll through the city, or a visit to the Castello del Buonconsiglio.
