The grandparents of the two young women acquired the “Thuringian Rhönhaus” 26 years ago and have since revived it as a nature-oriented and tradition-conscious inn. Due to the excellent location on the Elbow, day-trippers, hikers, cyclists and cross-country skiers in particular use the restaurant as a stop, for relaxation and overnight stays.
