Located near the neo-Gothic palace by the wall surrounding the park. The chapel was purchased by Hildebrandt in England and moved to the park in Śliwno. The building is in the neo-Gothic style, from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is made of red brick, octagonal, the roof is in the shape of a turret, covered with slate. The Hildebrandt coat of arms above the entrance. Inside there is a cross-ribbed vault, under the floor there is a family crypt.
