From Mzoud, the first half of the section is relatively flat and easy to ride. However, the downhill second half has such rough terrain that pushing is inevitable with a gravel bike and luggage.
But you'll be rewarded with beautiful surroundings and a tranquility you only find in the mountains, away from the main roads.
