A man-made pond with Ice Age sand dunes. Home to sand martins and, in some years, kingfishers. Falcons. Kites and storks, of course. A small lookout with an information board and bench for enjoying the panoramic view. Deer graze at a distance. Egyptian geese and other birds are also present. Don't forget your binoculars! A cool place to slow down! Be careful not to bring a hat for shade.
