Just what it says, nice clear water with lots of fish. I waded in to my thighs and washed off the sweat and dunked my head and boy was that great. There are bathrooms and water for drinking available too. Day access is $15 but I told the ranger I was just passing through and had no problems. I also saw a food truck there so you might be able to get some mid ride fuel if it’s a weekend.
