Since November 27, 2014 there are two officially approved MB trails in the Deister.
Forest owners and mountain bikers agreed on a usage contract for the two downhill routes in the Deister and a BMX track
The lessee and operator is the registered association Deisterfreun.de.
The "Ü-30" trail leads from the Nienstedter Pass to Egestorf and the "Ladys only" trail from the Annaturm to Georgsplatz in the Wennigser Mark.
For the BMX riders there is a special BMX track between "Ladys only" Trail and Wennigser Mark.
